What you get
A native connection, not an API build. Blue Reacher writes each iMessage conversation onto the matching Pipedrive contact's timeline, so the thread lives next to the deals and activities your team already tracks.
- Contact timelines. Outbound messages and inbound replies appear on the person's timeline as they happen.
- Phone matching. People match by phone number, normalized to E.164. Numbers stored without a country code will not match.
- Optional person creation. An inbound message from an unknown number can create a new person automatically, or stay unmatched if you keep a curated database. Set once during connection.
Connecting
Done-for-you setups get this connected during onboarding: we authorize the connection with you and verify matching against real records before it goes live. Nothing to host, no webhook URL to manage.
Where the API fits alongside it
The native sync handles logging. To trigger sends from Pipedrive automations, or for anything else, use the REST API and webhooks; the wiring patterns are in CRM integrations.
